What are Meli & Angi cookies
made of?
All Meli & Angi sugar cookies are baked
to order using flour, eggs, sugar, butter, cream cheese, and pure vanilla extract. Each cookie is decorated with royal
icing, made of powdered sugar, merengue powder and food coloring.
How much are your cookies?
Cookie prices start at $2.50 each. Please contact us directly for custom cookie quotes.
How are favors packaged?
Each Meli & Angi cookie is individually packaged in a clear poly bag and
hand - tied with a ribbon from our selection, or as provided by the customer.
How are orders
shipped?
Orders within the tri-state area are shipped by UPS
ground/USPS Priority Mail, arriving next business day. For all other US orders, we will provide UPS Ground, 3-day and 2-day
quotes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to obtain updates on your cookies. There is no charge
for orders that are picked up from Battery Park City.
How do I place an order?
To place an order,
please email meliandangi@gmail.com and include the cookie style, color preferences, quantity and delivery deadline.
What are your minimums?
Except for gift sets, which include assorted shapes, our minimum is 2 dozen cookies.
What are your lead-times?
Our standard lead-time for
cookie orders (1-4 dozen) is 2 weeks. For orders of 5 dozen or more, we require 3 weeks notice. Rush orders can be fulfilled
for an added fee.
Do you give credit
if my cookies arrive broken?
Meli & Angi ships all orders
with extreme care. Since our cookies are baked to order, and packaged carefully, we regret that we cannot extend refunds.
However, if a claim is made within 24 hours of receipt of package and includes a photo of the broken cookies, Meli & Angi
may issue a company credit for each cookie that is completely broken. Meli & Angi is not responsible for any chips or
scratches on icing that may have occured as a result of shipper's handling.
What if I need to cancel
my order?
In general, there is no charge on any order cancellations
that are received at least 7 days before the delivery date. On orders of 100+ cookies, there is a 10% cancellation fee if
notified less than 2 weeks before delivery date.

Privacy Policy
Your contact information,
including email address, telephone number, address, etc., is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. All information
will be kept private and only used to fulfill orders.
